2003 Golf Outing Highlights
Over 100 enthusiastic
golfers participated in the Masonry Institute of Michigan's 27th Annual
Golf Outing at the Dunham Hills Golf Course, in Hartland,
Michigan. For
everyone who came out to play in support of MIM's
Scholarship Foundation, the windy, rainy and chilly early morning conditions
did not dampen their spirits.
Winners for the golf prizes were Doug Shewchuk,
most accurate driver; Ken Hogan, closest to the pin and Scott Wycik,
longest drive. Team winners
were team 9A, Al Kuchnicki, Scot Woycik, Ray Saelens and Don Kersten
with the low gross score, a 62. Team 16B, Bob Schuessler, Don Leidal,
Leo Mack and John Gleeson captured the mystery score prize with
a 75. Tim Korthals' luck brought him the 50-50 raffle cash. Most
winners graciously
returned their winnings to the Scholarship Fund. It was a great
day to fund a most worthy cause - architectural student scholarships. |
